Wedding in Rome, wedding photographer in Rome, planner in Rome
The wedding of Zdravka and Tomas arrived at the end of September to get married in Italy in Eternal City Rome.
Zdravka found me in the social network Facebook and asked me to help her to organize the wedding in Rome and choosing me their wedding photographer in Italy.
The place of celebration might be a restaurant of high level in Rome, with the proviso that the wedding ceremony might take place inside of a restaurant but in open space.
After the long search and negotiations with restaurants we chose an excellent one in the Centre of Rome besides Vatican. I could reach an agreement with the administration about allowing to spend the ceremony and wedding dinner at the roof top floor of the hotel-restaurant. We were given in private use the terrace roof top where the panoramic view with chic view at Vatican and at the Dome of Basilica of St. Peter’s for 360 degree is opened.
We met with Zdravka and Thomas in the evening before the wedding at the Spanish Steps to become aquainted personally and to spend a triel photoshoot before the wedding party. Then we went to the boutique at the Square of Spain to capture some pictures at this chic interiors of this great historical apartments, Residenza Napoleone III.
Early in the morning of the wedding day we with the stylist Tatyana came to the hotel to prepare Zdravka for the coming event. Till Tatyana created bride’s image I made pictures of the bride’s dress, shoes and bouquet, also the rings and the rest accessories, the books for guests and the other cute little things that Zdravka brought from America. I made pictures of these things in different interiors.
After the bride was ready we went to get pictures and walk in Rome.
It’s not simply to get pictures in Rome in midday, the city is full of people, heat, uneven pavement… But my bride was courageous, we practically was in all the important landmarks of Rome – St.Peter’s Basilica, Castle St.Angel, Spanish Steps and Square of Spain, Colosseum, Venice Square, Forum, Villa Borghese…
After photo session we went to the hotel to be freshen up and then to the restaurant where the bride’s and groom’s guests have already waited for them.
The ceremony was held against the background of the panorama of Rome and Vatican in the soft rays of the sunset with the music from the film “Romeo and Juliet”. The newlyweds pronounced touching vows and the Groom shouted all over Rome about his love.
Then was the throwing of the bouquet, wedding dinner , merry dances, games, singing with a guitar. It was too merry and saturated of emotions wedding!
